The Institute for Tourism, Culture, Sports and Youth Žužemberk was established as a public institute for the performance of development, research, educational, promotional, information, humanitarian (charitable), promotion and advisory activities in the field of rural development, tourism, culture, sports and youth, for the promotion, marketing of tourist and other educational programs, for the organization and management of tourist arrangements, for the organization of cultural, tourist, sports, youth, recreational, humanitarian (charitable) and other social events, for the design and implementation of study, development, research and educational programs important for the promotion of social, economic, social and cultural development, rural development, youth development, preservation and protection of natural and cultural heritage, implementation and development of publishing in the area of ​​the Municipality of Žužemberk, as well as more broadly in the area of ​​Dolenjska and border areas of the neighboring country. The institute also performs protocol activities for its own needs and the needs of the founder.
